RCCG The Master's Place is a parish under the Redeemed Christian Church of God. We are a parish built on Faith, Holiness, Prayer, Love, Stewardship and Hope. We are committed to fellowship, outreach and community work that are fuelled by the power of the Holy Spirit and our delegated authority from Jesus Christ.
At RCCG The Master's Place, our hope and expectation is to see every Christian practically and joyfully using their gifts, talents and abilities to do the work of God for the well-being and effectiveness of the Church of Jesus Christ, and especially outside the Church, that is, in the Community.
In order to achieve this we seek to take people to the point where they:
1. understand the purpose of salvation and recognise their role in the body of Christ
2. love and enjoy worshipping the Lord and spending time with Him daily
3. understand, value and prioritise relationship with the Holy Spirit and are led and empowered by Him
4. faithfully execute Christ’s mandate to be His witnesses in our Homes, Communities and the world
We believe that God is using RCCG The Master's Place to raise up in our community a movement of Christians who have a strong burden to do Church everywhere especially out in the streets, neighbourhoods and homes. People committed to daily demonstrating the love, compassion and care of God not just for the purpose of filling the Church building, but more importantly, for the purpose of setting people free from burdens and captivity, and for reconciling men with God so that they can spend eternity with Him.
I pray that we will all receive the grace to yield ourselves to God as His vessels for the manifestation of His nature and power in this world and the faith to commit our cares and needs to Him while we focus on His needs.
